The essence of this class is the word 'elegance' and the winner will be the turnout, which, in the opinion of the Judges, presents the most elegant effect. To include vehicle, horses/ponies, driver, passenger etc but above all the general impression. Attention may be paid to driver's/passengers' personal costume but fancy dress or period costume is not permitted. The object is to establish which turnout presents the most pleasing picture, normal judging criteria does not apply. Judged from a distance, vehicles are NOT closely inspected.
