DP9Dairy Produce - Single Speciality, Hard or Soft. Open.
DP10Dairy Produce - Single Goat, Ewe or Buffalo Milk Cheese. Hard pressed or soft, whole or sectioned.
DP13Dairy Produce - Any Cheese with Additives. Sweet or savoury, hard or soft.
DP14Dairy Produce - Any Smoked Cheese. Hard or soft, made from any milk
DP15Dairy Produce - Any Cheese, produced or manufactured in Devon. Whole cheese or portion, any variety, any milk.
DP16Dairy Produce - Organic Cheese. Any type, any weight. All ingredients must be 100% organic.
DP17Dairy Produce - Single Cheese I would most like on a Cheese Board for a Dinner Party. Portion of cheese - not to exceed 250g.

Helvetica starter culture (modern) will be judged separately from those made with traditional cultures (classic).
