For competitors who are aged over 21 years of age and 28 & under on 1st September 2021. Competitors to make a Junket from one pint of milk in individual containers (supplied). Competitors to supply their own nutmeg, grater, dessert spoon, sugar and milk. Other utensils and rennet will be provided. Time allowed 30 minutes, to include preparation and washing up of utensils. |
