For competitors who are 22 years of age and 28 & under on 1st September 2022. Competitors to make up to 20 fluid ounces of cream into one ½lb block and remainder to competitors own choice. Time allowed - 45 minutes, to include preparation and washing up of utensils. Competitors to provide their own bowl, wooden spoon, spatula and whisk. Cream and other utensils will be provided. Please note that the senior U28 junket making class may be held at the same time as the junior U21 Butter making class. |
